In Sestri Levante, the opportunities offered by the Film Commissions

A panel dedicated to the meeting between the Film Commissions of three Italian areas and Italian-speaking Switzerland. It was proposed by the Riviera Film Festival of Sestri Levante, scheduled from May 6th to 11th.

Luciano Vigna from the Calabria Film Commission, Fabio Abagnato from the Emilia-Romagna Film Commission and Niccolò Castelli from the Ticino Film Commission presented the territorial peculiarities, the available funds and the co-production opportunities that make these regions particularly attractive for the audiovisual industry in a meeting that offered a complete overview of the potential of a production axis that, crossing Italy from south to north, reaches Switzerland including the cultural richness of Ticino.

For the producers and filmmakers who participated, it was an opportunity to discover diverse locations, territorial incentives, and logistical support for their audiovisual projects.
