SYNOPSIS

A border town in Ticino: a respected citizen, president of the soccer club, and former smuggler king, dreams of a professional soccer career. The young man is quite interested in fame and money but first turns to the local hero of the place, who earns his money with crooked deals. The situation comes to a head when a woman returns after 20 years, knowing some of the secrets of the place. When one of these secrets is revealed, a rupture occurs. The young man turns his back on his patron and illegitimate father. A film about the power of money and the power of forgiveness, a game of betrayal and death.
