Villa San Quirico

The property on which Villa San Quirico stands is located in the Rivapiana district, bordering to the west with the Church of San Quirico and its Romanesque-style bell tower.

The building is a detached medium-sized residential house, constructed in the early 1930s in a sovereign style, and surrounded by a garden/park of over 2,000 m².

The property is bounded downhill by the railway line and uphill by Via San Quirico. A high wall separates the grounds from the neighborhood road, and access to the park is provided through a gate.
