Built by architect Mario Botta between 1989 and 1992, the residential complex of Via Ronco houses 104 apartments of various sizes and a sector with a commercial area, clearly separated from the rest by the main road, but connected through a metal walkway. The two large blocks of the residential area, placed at different heights, are organized around two large squares/recreational areas: the upper one with red earth flooring and a geometric design and the lower one characterized by a grass courtyard.
