SYNOPSIS

The Italian Prime Minister is urgently summoned by the President of the Swiss Confederation to face an unprecedented crisis: much of the famous Swiss chocolate has been sabotaged, turning into a disgusting substance. Swiss intelligence suspects that the mastermind is Tonino Ciocciovello, a powerful industrialist from southern Italy, determined to eliminate the competition.

To avoid an economic disaster, especially in view of Christmas production, a Task Force is formed, made up of the best Swiss operatives, tasked with carrying out a dangerous secret mission in Italy. Their goal: to recover the antidote, save chocolate production and, above all, Christmas. However, nothing goes as planned.

The team is made up of a heterogeneous group of Swiss agents from the country’s different linguistic regions, among whom the upright border guard Loris Bernasconi stands out. During the training phase, the members of the Task Force not only learn operational techniques, but also learn to coexist and break down the cultural barriers that divide them, thus strengthening their unity. This is essential, as the mission will take place during Tonino’s daughter’s wedding at George Clooney’s villa, where they will have to prove their “Italian-ness”.

Teaching them the secrets of Italian culture is the cross-border worker Roberto Bussenghi, tasked with introducing the “little Swiss” to dialects, culinary recipes and other Italian peculiarities. Despite a series of mishaps and paradoxical situations, our heroes manage to complete the mission, only to discover that the real threat was elsewhere.
